The Graf Scholarship is awarded to students who attend Central Catholic High School or will attend Central their freshman year, and are interested in receiving financial assistance and are members of St. Mary’s Parish and/or students at St. Mary’s School.
The applications will be graded as follows:
1. Student Information provided on questionnaire 10%
2. Scholastic grades 15%
3. Financial Need 25%
4. Church Attendance 50%
The Graf Scholarship Committee is composed of five members of the Parish Council, who will score each application independently before discussing the applications. The Committee will then make recommendations to the Pastoral Council, who will make the final decisions. Each scholarship is awarded for one year, and students are required to apply for each year they attend Central Catholic High School. All information on the applications will be held in the strictest of confidence. Due to the confidential nature of each application, we request that they be dropped off (you may place them in the mailbox located outside the Kolbe Center at 601 W. Jackson St.) or mailed to the Parish Office in a sealed envelope, addressed to:
